Q: Would you deliver and install the structure?

Yes, depending on the location and model size, all structures come as a ready-to-assemble kit or can be delivered fully assembled if there’s access to the spot. We’ve partnered with the best handcrafted structure expert installers and you may choose to assemble the kit yourself following detailed directions or have it installed by our expert partners and skilled craftsmen.

 

Q: What’s better, vinyl or wood?

Do you like more earthy and natural look and feel or would you prefer more maintenance-free structure? Wood has unmistakable authenticity and character. On other hand, in the long term vinyl structures tend to require less maintenance since wood is more impacted by the outdoor elements than vinyl. Vinyl colors are available in white, almond and clay.

 

Q: How quickly can the structure be delivered or installed?

Larger and custom sizes may take longer. The lead times may vary depending on the time of year, but generally:

Pavilions – ready to ship within 4-5 weeks and installed within 6-8 weeks after order is placed
Pergola – around 8-10 weeks to be installed, possibly a bit longer between May through July
