CR6 is also know as 21-A, Quarry Process (QP), Dense Grade Aggregate (DGA) or Road Stone. The material differs from other crushed stone and gravel products because it only includes crushed rock, but also stone dust. CR6 is carefully blended and graded to create a very low-void content. The combination of the angular pieces of stone with the fine dust particles enables CR6 to offer incredible interlocking and compaction capabilities.
Common Uses
Sub-base for parking lots, roads, highways, residential driveways, walkways, paver installation and select back fill.
Color & Texture
Typically, CR6 is available in sizes from 3/4″ to a #200 sieve. Material is comprised of granite and a mixture of course and fine stone.
